Triflo International, Inc. - a Specialty Solids Control and Custom Fabrication Company - began business in 1979 with a commitment to meet the fluid processing needs of drilling contractors and operators. Through design expertise and manufacturing know-how Triflo developed a full line of quality solid separation products that include Shakers, DeSanders, DeSilters, Mud Cleaners, Mud Gas Separators, Vacuum Degassers and Mud Systems.
As the price of oil and gas fell in the mid to late '80s, and markets began to slip away Triflo diversified. By redesigning the same equipment once used by oil and gas drilling contractors and operators Triflo was able to develop a complete line of Tunneling and Boring solid separation equipment and mud systems. This product line is smaller in size and designed to be trailer mounted allowing the Tunneling and Boring contractor reduced rig-up/ rig-down time and providing for easier access of equipment when working in confined locations.
Continuing to successfully serve the Oil & Gas and Tunneling & Boring markets throughout the '90s, Triflo once again decided to diversify. Using its design and manufacturing ability Triflo introduced its first Dredged Slurry Dewatering System or Dredged Slurry Solids Separating System in 1999. By doing this Triflo brought a new concept to the Dredging industry and was quickly involved in a wide variety of Environmental dredging projects.
To this day Triflo continues to serve its core markets by providing high quality solid separation equipment and system. But with Triflo it does not end there. As a new management team took the helm in 2004 Triflo once again spread its wings and added specialty completions equipment like our new Well Flow Back System, Well Flow Back Tanks and Co2 Transfer Pump Skid all of which are used in the completion of oil and gas wells. Triflo also redesigned its shakers creating a low maintenance shaker that can be used by all of Triflo's customers regardless of market and/or industry. Additionally Triflo?s new management team saw our customers need for equipment other than Specialty Solids Separation and expanded its offering to include general fabrication and manufacturing.
Triflo has always recognized that great equipment and systems are only as good as the service and training received. That is why Triflo provides 24/7 parts and service support along with training during the equipment commissioning process and employs service technicians that will travel around the world to help our customers when called.
