TRIFLO COMPLETE MUD SYSTEMS

Triflo International, Inc. has the ability to manufacture complete mud systems. Whether a single tank, closed-loop system or a multi-tank mud system is required, Triflo engineers can develop the proper system to meet specific requirements.

A closed-loop, 3,400 bbl mud system was designed and manufactured for utilization in Russia. The system incorporates contaminate encapsulation equipment. The system includes return pit, active pit and five storage pits. It can process 20 ppg mud and allow continued operations with up to 25% H2S exposure.

The return pit contains the heart of the contaminate encapsulation system. Mud entering the return pit passes through dual shakers, dual 16-cone desanders/desilters and a centrifuge, allowing for removal of large through ultra-fine solids. The solids removal equipment dumps solids into a catch tank equipped with a conveyor that feeds the encapsulation blender. After blending for enscapsulation, inert solids are removed by conveyor to disposal transportation.

Any type of concerns with Solids Control, Fluids Processing, Pressure Control or Drilling instrumentation can be settled by Triflo's design engineers, providing an economical and efficient mud treatment system.
