Triflo manufactures six types of shale shakers, all designed to remove 178 micron sized particles or larger. The Triflo 113 is our smallest unit which handles 150 gallons per minute. The Triflo 126 Shaker handles 300 gallons per minute. The Triflo 146 Shaker employs a 2 screen bed and easily handles 520 gallons per minute. The Triflo 246 Dual Tandem is for those jobs requiring large volumes of mud cleaning. The Triflo 246 will clean 1040 gallons per minute effectively.

Screens - Triflo can supply 2' x 3' and 4' x 3' screens:
standard and double layered with 2" plastic perforated backing or 148 linear shaker screens, both standard and with plastic or metal backing.
