Equipped with two centrifugal pumps, the MFS 4000 maintains steady and consistent flow, ensuring balanced pressure throughout the system. Four stationary mud guns provide continuous, powerful agitation throughout the tank, preventing sedimentation and keeping solids in suspension. Fine Solids Targeting
Twelve 4-inch hydrocyclone desilters remove solids down to 24 microns, targeting fine particles that pass through initial screening. The process keeps drilling fluid cleaner, minimizes equipment wear, and supports steady, reliable performance.
CLEAN CUT SCREENING
The MFS 4000 combines two custom designed shakers for maximum efficiency. A linear motion scalping shaker quickly removes oversized solids, while an elliptical motion shaker delivers precision screening for a consistently clean, high-quality fluid output.
